Virtual Mirror Plugin for Unreal Engine 4 LICENSE TERMS
These license terms are an agreement between you and Adam Horvath. By downloading and using the Virtual Mirror Plugin for Unreal Engine 4 software (Virtual Mirror Plugin), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not or cannot agree to these terms, do not download or use the software.
(a) If your license includes access to Virtual Mirror Plugin source code, this source code is not to be redistributed, shown or otherwise communicated, wholly or partially, outside of your project.
3. LICENSE GRANT
(a) Adam Horvath grants you a non-exclusive License for you to use Virtual Mirror Plugin for Unreal Engine 4 in any Unreal Engine project. The rights that Adam Horvath grants you under the License are subject to the terms of this agreement, and you may only make use of the License if you comply with all applicable terms.
(b) Virtual Mirror Plugin is an Unreal Engine 4 plugin. These license terms do not replace or modify any of the license terms for your use of Unreal Engine 4.
(c) Virtual Mirror Plugin requires the OpenNI framework to run and compile. These license terms do not replace any of the license terms of the OpenNI framework. http://openni.ru/openni-legal-notice/index.html
(d) Virtual Mirror Plugin requires the NiTE framework to run and compile. These license terms do not replace any of the license terms of the NiTE framework. http://openni.ru/nite-licensing-and-distribution-terms/index.html
(d) Virtual Mirror Plugin requires the Kinect for Windows SDK v2.0 to run and compile. (e) Assets featured in the plugin’s sample project are created with Adobe Fuse CC technology preview. These license terms do not replace any of the license terms of Adobe Fuse CC.
“Adobe Fuse CC and Mixamo online animation services are currently in a limited duration technology preview, and during that preview they are available for free, with no licensing or royalty fees, for unlimited commercial or non commercial use.
You can use Fuse, the auto-rigger, characters and animations in any type of creative project. Adobe retains the rights to our software and content, you retain the rights to your designs and creations.
You do not have the right to redistribute or resell Adobe content (such as the assets that are made in Fuse). While the characters and animations can be used commercially we require that the final assets be ’embedded’ in a way that they are no longer editabled 3D data. For example, you can sell a graphic design or video using your character and animation assets, but you cannot directly sell a Fuse character.”
4. LICENSE MODELS & FEES
(a) The BINARY DEMO – is free to use for educational, demo purposes.
(b) The COMMERCIAL license is provided for a onetime fee of 249 EUR for use by an unlimited number of people in your company to develop, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, make, use, have made, sell, offer to sell any commercial projects.
(a) Adam Horvath owns and retains all title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights associated with the Virtual Mirror Plugin.
(b) You own all rights in the project you develop using this agreement.
(c) You retain rights to use any individual changes made to source code.
(a) Adam Horvath has no obligations to provide support for Virtual Mirror Plugin unless an appropriate Support Plan has been purchased.
